Keto Blaze: As long as your strength coaching program is using progressive resistance over a period of weeks, prioritize balance (so every muscle group gets worked at least 1-two times/week) and intensity throughout execution. Cardiovascular coaching should be performed separately from resistance coaching if potential, but if scheduling does not allow this it's fine.
